Eat there, do not order online. Dine in reviews are good but delivery orders get consistently poor feedback. People report mostly farsan with barely any matki or poha, and watery rassa. This is the clearest pattern in their reviews.

What comes in the thali

The Misal Thali is loaded for the price. You get 4 pav, farsan, matki usal, tarri, papad, kanda vati, curd, taak and a shengdana ladoo. The ladoo is not a throwaway item, plenty of reviewers rate it as the best thing on the table.

Their kanda bhaji is the other thing to order. Crisp and fresh, and several reviews call it the highlight of the meal. Vada sample and filter coffee are also on the menu.

Good and not so good

What works

  • Best thali value in this price range
  • Balanced taste, not just heat
  • Open all 7 days, both branches
  • Shengdana ladoo and kanda bhaji
  • Staff and crowd handling get good marks

Keep in mind

  • Delivery quality is poor
  • Erandwane queue system is confusing at peak
  • Some find the tarri flat
  • Erandwane closes at 3:30 PM
  • Bhukum has less matki in the rassa

Should you go

Go if you want a full thali rather than a plate, and a misal where taste matters more than heat. Good pick for family and for people who find Katakirr too hot.

Skip it if you want a fiery Kolhapuri tarri. In that case Katakirr Misal, five minutes away in the same area, is the one to try.
